Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30 day viability guarantee on all spore products. This covers product replacement for any spore samples deemed to be non-viable or contaminated through our replacement claim validation process. Replacement request claims must be submitted within 30 days of order date.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any spore or spawn items.

We will only accept exchanges if you received the wrong item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a claim, you can contact us at support@edenspores.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like spores or spawn. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We will only accept exchanges if you received the wrong item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:

 

Retail Orders: Retail orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the following business day.

 

Wholesale Orders: Wholesale orders require additional processing time. They are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the following business day.

 

Shipping Methods:

 

We offer various shipping methods to accommodate your needs, including standard and expedited shipping options. The available shipping methods will be displayed during the checkout process.

 

Order Tracking:

 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

 

At this time, we only offer shipping within the USA, except CA, ID, and GA. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

 

International Shipping:

 

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Delivery Estimates:

 

While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, please understand that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

 

Order Modifications and Cancellations:

 

Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments:
