How do I pay for my order?
We accept credit card and debit card payments through our seamless & secure online checkout, or if you prefer, we also accept payments by Cash App and Amazon Pay.
How do I pay for an order with Bitcoin or CryptoCurrency?
Cryptocurrency payments are made through Coinbase Commerce. You must have a Coinbase account to use this payment method. Simply select the Coinbase option at checkout and this will take you to the Coinbase payment portal where you will be able to complete your purchase.
Do you accept mail-in payments?
We do not accept mail-in payments at this time due to an increased frequency of money order fraud.
How do I pay with my credit card?
Credit and debit card payments are processed through Authorize.net right here on our website's secure checkout process. For Cash App payments, please make sure you have a valid and verified Cash App account prior to placing your order, then checkout by selecting the Cash App option and follow the prompts to complete your payment.
The website isn't working for me, are there other ordering options?
Our website is periodically inspected and checked for bugs, and tested to be functional for all browsers. Please check that you have cookies and javascript enabled, as the this will allow our website to retain your shopping cart and address information during your shopping session. Do you have a phone number I can call?
Sorry, we are a team of dedicated mycologists and lab techs who are most of the time in the cleanroom doing sterile work with fans blowing and laminar flow hoods humming, this lends us unavailable to answer the phone most of time so it would be futile to tell you to call us. Instead, the best way to reach us is to fill out the form on our contact us page, or send an email to info@edenspores.com and we’ll get back with you within just a few hours. If you happen to reach us outside of business hours, please give us up to 24 hours to respond before you start to panic. We appreciate your patience and understanding, we do our best to get back to all of our customers in a timely manner, our main concern is to always keep our customers happy with the best psilocybin mushroom genetics on the planet.
How soon are orders shipped and what are typical delivery times?
All spore orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of payment receipt. We ship daily Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday afternoon through Sunday may not be processed and shipped until Monday afternoon. Occasional product backorders may delay your order for a few extra days. We will do our best to inform you if your order is expected to be delayed longer than normal. Transit time depends on the delivery method chosen during checkout, and is entirely out of our control once it leaves our facility. Please note, the delivery date estimates are only estimates, they are not a guarantee that your order will arrive the day that is displayed on the delivery estimate. Please contact the carrier for any questions or concerns regarding the delivery of your package.
What does the mail package look like, is it discreet?
Orders for spore products are shipped in plain, thermal insulated bubble mailers to prevent . Spawn will ship in cardboard shipping boxes according to the size of the order. All packages will only contain the needed labels for shipping and will not include any indication or descriptions of the contents inside. The return address on the label will simply state "Eden Industries".
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
As soon as your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. This will include your shipment details and tracking number. When placing your order be sure to include a valid email address we can use to contact you with tracking information. If you don’t see this email by the end of the next business day following your order, please check in your spam and promotions folders as sometimes emails get misplaced there.
My tracking number says my order was delivered, but I never received it, now what?
Carriers often may leave your package at your door or mailbox without requesting a signature. If your tracking number or shows delivery but you do not have your package, there are several options. First, please check with other members of your household to ensure your package was not retrieved by someone else in your household. If your order is still not accounted for, please contact us so that we may investigate the issue further. We may ask for you to file a lost package claim with the carrier so that we may be reimbursed for the lost package. After a claim is filed with the carrier, please provide us with the claim details and we will then promptly reship a replacement order free of charge to ensure you experience no further delay while the matter is being investigated by the carrier.
I am under 18, can I still order from you?
Eden Spores requires all customers to be over the age of 18 to purchase any spores or cultures from our website. Proof of age may be required. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Do you ship to countries outside the USA?
We currently do not offer any shipping outside the USA. Due to increased complications and delays due to COVID related restrictions, we are unable to ensure a timely and secure delivery. We are continuously monitoring the situation and we hope we can resume international shipments as soon as possible.
My order appears to have been damaged during shipping, now what?
Packages sometimes will be subject to rough handling during transit. If your order has been damaged or broken in transit, please contact us so that we may offer a solution to the matter. We may ask you to file a damage claim with the carrier so that we may be able to receive reimbursement from the carrier for the damage they caused. As soon as a claim is filed, we will then make arrangements to reship your order so that you don’t have to wait any longer than necessary to receive your order while the matter is being investigated by the carrier.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a clean culture guarantee on all spore and culture products for 30 days after purchase. If you find any of our spore or culture products to be contaminated or non-viable, please contact us right away with details on the matter and we will then arrange for replacement to be shipped to you. We may ask for additional details and/or photo evidence which will help us identify the cause of the problem and ensure that it doesn’t happen again. We do not offer refunds on any spore or culture orders.
Do you include an invoice with my order?
Eden Spores will not include an invoice with your order. We do, however, include a packing slip for your shipment that will include all items within the shipment. Pricing information is not included on the packing slip.
How safe is my credit card information?
Your credit card information is safe and secure with SSL certification protecting the checkout process and Authorize.net ensuring security of the credit card processing and transmission. Our secure credit card processing system allows us to process your payment using our own merchant account via protected servers without 3rd party processing such as PayPal. Your payment information is never stored on any database or servers.
Do you sell, trade, or maintain any mailing lists?
We offer our customers the option of signing up for our newsletter, or signing up for a user account for our website. None of the information from subscribers of this list is sold or distributed to any other organization or traded to any other organization by Eden Spores. Anyone who wishes to remove their name from this list may contact us and request removal, or simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our promotional emails. Subscription to this list is recommended to stay up to date on new product releases, and promotions. Membership or user account status on our website allows customers to manage, track, or view previous orders. User accounts are not required to place an order, you may simply choose to checkout as a guest.

Do you sell Psilocybe cubensis spores to residents of CA, ID, or GA?
We now can ship spores to California residents. Unfortunately, Eden Spores still cannot process any orders to residents in the states of Georgia and Idaho for any Psilocybe genera mushroom spores, or any other mushroom spores that we may offer which have the potential of growing into a psilocybin or psilocin containing mushroom.. Although spores are not psychedelically active, the state laws in Idaho, and Georgia restrict the shipping and possession of psilocybin mushroom spores in general.
What is the best way to view my spores under a microscope?
For best results, view spores at 400x or greater magnification. Place a small drop of spore solution on a glass slide and cover with a glass cover slip. Remove excess water from the slide with the corner of a paper towel or cotton swab to prevent the cover slip from drifting. Magnification over 1000x will require oil immersion techniques for best results.
What is included with my spore syringe microscopy kit?
Your spore syringe kit will include 10cc of your selected spore variety in a sterile aqueous solution, along with a sterile 16ga 1.5” luer lock needle for precise application onto a glass slide.
How should I store my cultures and spores and how long will they last?
Spore syringes should be stored in a clean ziplock bag and placed in a refrigerator. Refrigerating the syringes increases the length of time the spores will remain clean and viable for microscopy (up to 2 years). Spawn should be used within a few days of receipt for best results. However, you may be able to refrigerate your spawn if you’re unable to use it right away, and it should remain viable for up to a couple weeks. We cannot guarantee the viability of spawn that is kept for longer than 1 week from receipt.
How can I start growing my own gourmet and medicinal mushrooms?
It depends on the species you are attempting to grow and the skill level of the cultivator. You may choose to start with a liquid culture that can be injected into pre-sterilized substrates for a fairly straightforward method of cultivation. Every gourmet, medicinal, and novelty species has its own requirements and should be well researched before ordering and attempting to cultivate. We do not provide cultivation advice and highly recommend our customers to do their own research prior to obtaining spores or cultures from us.
Where do you get your cultures and spores from?
Gourmet and medicinal cultures and spores are cultivated, harvested and maintained by our own team of professional mycologists in our US based labs. Psilocybe and Panaeolus genera spores are collected from wild or cultivated specimens and provided to us through our network of qualified research partners in various locales around the world where it is legal to do so.
How are spores handled before I receive them?
Spore prints are taken under sterile conditions within a cleanroom and packaged immediately in a sterile container. Spore syringes are created from these clean prints in our ISO 7 cleanroom in front of a laminar flow hood and come with our 30-day contaminant-free guarantee.
Are spores dangerous?
None of the spores offered by Eden Spores are dangerous. They do not contain any toxins, pathogens, or dangerous compounds. They are not hazardous to your health. All spore products that we offer from the Psilocybe genera are intended for microscopy and taxonomy use only.
My cultures or spores appear to be contaminated, now what?
All spores and culture orders come with our 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you find any of our spore or culture products to be contaminated with mold, yeast or bacteria please contact us and we will replace your spores/cultures as per the guidelines in our satisfaction guarantee.
